Receiving this document means we have just completed a project / installation are a moving on to the after service and what you and your customer are intituled to as part of the ongoing support
30 Days Grace Period
As per 10.5 of the T&C’s If within 30 days of the date on which the Services are carried out, there is a problem with the Hardware or the software, the Customer should notify the Company and the Company will rectify the problem free of charge and this will be the Customer’s sole remedy in the event of any defects to the hardware or software. Otherwise, the Customer will be required to pay a call-out fee to the Company.
Call out fee’s
Hardware Support package cover – all hardware and software call outs are unlimited and will be covered FOC - 3 business days onsite support, if there is a need to do the call in out of hours there will be a one-off charge of £275.00 to cover double time payment.
No Hardware support package cover – All call outs will be chargeable and booked in at the earliest convenience around other Installations or call outs already in the diary.
Call out fee = £295.00, (9am -5pm) then £30 per hour (minimum charge) for every hour associated with the call which includes traveling time to and from the job. (There is no out of hours option)
Software Support Package Cover – All same day (before 4pm) software support call included online / of the phone technical support, free unlimited training of the software in question for your customers, after hours telephone support, SplashTop Remote Software so our team can log on remotely are help resolve the issues.
No Software Support Cover – Although the vast majority of clients take out this cover as standard, where we have client with their own technical support, they may wish to cover it themselves. In this event, and you need One Digital to assist with a software support issue, this will be fitted in around other tasks.
Support Fee’s = £45.00 request for support then £45 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge) access to the software via SplashTop (or TeamViewer) will need to be granted.
Training – (up to 5 in one session) 60min session £70.00 per session
All requests of activities NOT covered by our support packages will need a PO before any actions can be taken to rectify the issue(s)
